Appointments

Appointments are confirmed when booked with the salon by phone at (703) 527-2777 or through our online booking page. Please see our Cancellation Policy and Late Arrival Policy, which form part of these terms.

Services and results

Every head of hair is different. Final results depend on hair length, texture, condition and colour history, and a consultation is always part of your appointment. We will advise honestly on what is achievable and may recommend more than one session for significant changes.

Pricing is quoted individually after consultation, as it varies with hair length, condition and the desired result.

Adjustments

If you are not happy with your service, please contact us within seven days of your appointment. We will gladly arrange an adjustment appointment with your stylist to address the concern.

Health and comfort

Please tell your stylist about allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions, medication or pregnancy before any chemical service, so we can adapt our approach or perform a patch test.

Personal belongings

We take care in the salon, but we cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought into the premises.
