Late Arrival Policy
Each appointment is scheduled for the exact time a service requires. Arriving on time allows us to give you an unhurried experience and keeps the day running smoothly for every guest.
Please arrive a few minutes early
We recommend arriving five to ten minutes before your appointment so there is time to settle in and talk through your goals with your stylist.
If you are running late
Please call us at (703) 527-2777 as soon as you know. We will let your stylist know and tell you honestly what is still possible in the remaining time.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need a shortened or adjusted service so that the guests booked after you are not delayed.
When a service cannot be completed
If the remaining time is not enough to deliver the quality we stand behind, we will offer the closest alternative service or reschedule your appointment for the next available opening.
Traffic and parking in Arlington
Langston Boulevard can be busy at peak hours. Allowing a little extra travel time helps you enjoy the full appointment you booked.
