Cancellation Policy

Notice we ask for

Please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. This gives another guest the opportunity to take the time slot and allows your stylist to plan the day.

Late cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, and appointments missed without notice, may affect the scheduling of future services. Repeated late cancellations may require a confirmed deposit before booking again.

We understand that illness, family emergencies and weather happen. Please call us and we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is easy — call the salon and we will find the next time that suits you. When multiple services are booked together, please mention this so we can reserve enough time.

Color and chemical services

Longer color, balayage and correction appointments require extended stylist time. For these services we especially appreciate as much notice as possible when plans change.
